Located at Rahath Bagh, Off Old Madras road, this project is only 2.8 km from Indiranagar's 100 feet road. There are 36 customised homes in 3 blocks. In blocks 2 and 3 these homes step back as they go higher, creating open to sky private terrace gardens maximising natural light and ventilation. This was the first project where we provided a structural arch and shear wall, both used as functional and aesthetic elements. The terrace garden detail also underwent a change, with the depth not being maintained uniform, the farther end had a much lesser depth; resulting in a structure that appeared visually lighter.  View less
