Welcome to Asteria, where there is Space for Life. Asteria takes another look at how row housing is designed, home owners as a mandate given to the design team, must actually feel like they live in a bungalow. To achieve this we created 6 types of villas and mixed them so there is individuality and character in each and every villa. The 18.57 acre development features these designs offering several major innovations to the home owner. Among the many there is one other mandate we followed, this was attainability and value for investor's and owner's money.
