Indian construction companies are all set to change the way you view buildings. While providing stunning works of art, builders in India have also managed to win accolades globally.

Here's a look at some of the most stunning designs of buildings that will surly make you stop and appreciate these.

1. I-Flex Solutions Building, Bangalore

If this property in Bangalore was not already well-known for its world-class financial solutions, the peculiar design definitely sets it apart from the typical Bangalore skyline. With a floor space of over 144,000 sq.ft., the building accommodates over 1,500 employees. It has an extremely efficient infrastructure that can only find a parallel in the energy-saving designs employed by this architectural marvel.

2. Signature Towers, Gurgaon

The sleek and contemporary architectural style of the Signature Towers have attracted some of the top notch Indian corporate groups to choose it as their office space. Because of its proximity to the NH-8, Gurgaon is definitely a plus point; and nothing seems to beat the latest state of art technology that these towers offer.

3. World One, Mumbai

With three uniquely curvilinear towers, World One is being hailed as the tallest residential tower in the city. If the iconic design of glass and steel was not enough to recommend it, think of its architect – legendary Pei Cobb Freed and Partners. 3BHK-4BHK apartments designed by Armani/Casa are sure to set your heart racing as you wait for the opportunity to grab some space in this building. If you're still wondering what makes this so special, how about going for a ride in the fastest elevators to the topmost 117th floor.

4. Forum Atmosphere, Kolkata

Designed by the Singapore-based Arc Studio, it is a high-rise luxury residential project in Kolkata having a new kind of typology. While the visionary design of the simplex and duplex ensures that the home can “grow” to incorporate changes in the family, there is something else that completely blows our minds. A hundred metres up in the sky is a glistening porous amorphous form – Deya – that offers club facilities. This unique structure is made of expanded mesh panels that have been wrapped around structural ribs.

5. Trump Tower, Mumbai

If you hear the words “Trump Tower”, the only term that can be associated with it is 'super luxury'. It's a private residential park that stands over 75 storeys high. You know you've arrived once you gain resident status here. The apartments in this luxury project in Mumbai have stunning views of the Arabian Sea, Racecourse and Sea Link.

6. ITC Gardenia, Bangalore

A tribute to the beauty of the city, the hotel is a juxtaposition of technology and architecture. Did you know that your stay here can reduce up to 60% of your carbon footprint? Whether it is the grass-topped roof of the Lotus Pavillion or the vertical gardens of the Cubbon Pavillion, you can feel the eco-friendly theme all over. The building on this plot in Bangalore is not only rated Asia's first LEED Platinum Rated Hotel but also is the only Indian hotel to have a helipad on its rooftop.

7. Biowonder, Kolkata

India's first biophilic corporate park has been awarded the Global Award for the Best Sustainable Development as well as the Best Green Project at the CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards, 2014. This office-cum-hotel luxury project in Kolkata promises to bring greenery to the corporate world through cantilever terraces. The ITC Fortune Hotel here will have at least 40% of the rooms allowing access to private pocket greens.

8. Gigaspace IT Park, Pune

This “intelligent building” is a new property in Pune and is the perfect solution to creating a healthy, productive, as well as energy-saving, work space. This is particularly necessary in IT setups where the stress of work atmosphere can severely dampen productivity. Designed in accordance to the Vaastu Shastra, the IT Park is home to buildings varying from 60,000 to 150,000 sq feet. Each building has optimum plate area ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 sq. ft.

9. Instacon, Mohali

In today's fast paced world, time is money, and Synergy Thrislington has made sure that they wasted as little of it as possible. This construction company is a game-changer in an industry where delays are considered part and parcel of the deal. What's unique about this 10-storeyed building is not only its considerably low construction cost, but also the fact that the 25,000 sq.m. building in Mohali, near Chandigarh, was completed in just 48 hours. What a feat!

10. Wells Fargo Centre, Hyderabad

The most unique aspect of this architectural wonder is that it is home to the largest natural rock formation within its walls. The 58.3 m. long, 4.2 m. high and 7.7 m. deep rock forms an integral part of the building and conveys the company's commitment to green buildings.

Now you can hold you head high not only because of the tall structures adorning the skyline, but also because of the amazing feats they are accomplishing.
