On April 28, 2015, the Noida authority said construction work for building 2,500 apartments under the affordable flats project in Noida has started. Named ‘Samajwadi Awas Yojna’ the upcoming properties in NCR is slated to be delivered by 2017. The new apartments in Noida will have 1BHK and 2BHK flats with unit size ranging between 600 sq.m. and 800 sq.m.
