This city in Karnataka, which was ranked number one among the 73 cities surveyed, scored 1,749 out of 2,000 numbers, based on which the rating was decided. Culturally-rich Mysore, which attracts a large number of tourists for the state every year, still offers affordable real estateTiruchirapalli

With 1,750 numbers, this ancient Tamil Nadu city, also known as Trichy, stood at number three in the survey. Famous for its beautiful temple architecture, Tiruchirapalli would be an ideal city for those looking for spiritual freedom and a pollution-free environment. Visakhapatnam

Ranked fifth in the survey with 1,643 numbers, Vishakhapatnam, the financial capital of Andhra Pradesh, promises home buyers lovely views of scenic beauty. Property prices in the city have seen an uptrend in the recent past, as more and more shift base to cleaner pastures. Surat

If one can find a business-friendly environment thriving in a clean city, it would only be natural to be drawn towards the real estate there. Gujarat's Surat is one such city. Ranked sixth in the survey with 1,605 marks, Surat real estate is shining like the diamonds the city is known for cutting and polishing. Rajkot

Another Gujarat City that has been ranked seventh in the survey, Rajkot offers buyers everything that cities in this business-friendly state are famous for. While Rajkot's thriving jewellery industry provides numerous employment opportunities, the city's affordable property ensures more and more migrate here. A shining spot in the cleanliness survey would add to the value of real estate in Rajkot.
