Dubai is world-renowned as an architectural spectacle, with each structure unique in its own way. A city that houses the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, standing tall at 828 metres, is all set to become home to world's tallest residential structure too.

Standing tall:The 711-m high tower will have 885 residential apartments, a 5-star hotel with 350 hotel keys, a conference centre, a 360-degree observation deck at a height of 655 metres, world's highest restaurant at a height of 675 metres, a plaza view restaurant, and a terrace. It will also house Marina Yacht Club.
Connecting waterway: Meydan One will feature a four-kilometre long navigable waterway. This will enable the residents and the visitors to enter the Marina Club straight from the Arabian Gulf. This club will have 100 berths available to accommodate yachts and power boats of all sizes.
Sports lovers' paradise:The tower will boast an indoor multi-purpose sports facility spread across an area of 25,000 sqm and will offer every sport imaginable. Also, it will offer a skiing and snowboarding experience at a 1.2-km ski slope. For those who love extreme sports, there will be Meydan One Park that will have a rock climbing wall, skateboarding and BMX parks and mountain biking trails. A 9-km long biking and jogging trail will connect Meydan One to the greater Meydan cycling network.
A social glue: The structure will have a civic plaza, Meydan One Civic Plaza, that will be able to accommodate up to 60,000 people in its outdoor setting in one go. This plaza will host a floating stage for concerts and events and a shaded area of 14,400 sqm.Adding to the beauty: To add to the beauty of this structure will be Meydan One Mall Fountains, overlooking the extensive range of restaurants and cafes.
Respite from searing heat: For those who love water and water sports, Meydan One will also host a water park equipped with two enormous wave pools, water rides going through flumes and funnels, that will then throw them into the flood plain. It will also have a massive South Seas-inspired lagoon that will overlook the canal. For the adventurous one The Dip, a bungee jump tower that dunks the diver into the Crystal Lagoon.
