Ackruti City launches two more projects in Mumbai

Mumbai-based Ackruti City has recently launched two projects—Ackruti Sunstone, a residential project in Bandra, and Ackruti Viva, smaller-sized office spaces at Jogeshwari. Ackruti Sunstone is a 18-storeyed building with 2 basements. The project offers 2 & 3 BHK flats ranging from 1200-2200 sq. ft. Ackruti Sunstone has been designed by Hafeez Contractor. This project has proximity to commercial hub of Mumbai-Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) , MCA Club and Western Express highway. The company is looking to sell flats to senior executives from banking sectors based in BKC. The company said it has sold about 30% of their inventory at the time of their soft launch. Currently, it is offering a rate in the range of Rs20,000 sq.ft. Its Ackruti Viva project comprises small sized office spaces at Jogeshwari on Western Express Highway. “This sets a new trend of affordable offices for those who want to have their own workplace with lesser capital investment. Normally, all the A grade corporate buildings have bigger units to offer, often making them very expensive to buy,” the company said. The structure consists of 3 Mechanized basements for parking to accommodate 165 car parks + Ground + 12 Upper Floor. Ackruti Viva consists of floor plate of approximately 17,000 sq. ft per floor giving it a very lavish look. Each Floor has a flexible plan that can accommodate 1 to 8 offices ranging in size from 500 sq.ft onwards. “With the booming entrepreneurship taking over realms of India's around 8.5-9% growth, 10% of the inventory has already been lapped up in three months since launch. Size of office spaces has particularly been instrumental in getting good response from customers ranging from Chartered Accountants, export houses, pharma companies etc,” the company added. The ongoing rate for this property is in range of Rs14,000 -15,000 per sq. ft. Ackruti Viva is a green building with a double glass façade, a roof top garden, cafeteria & a gymnasium.
