Adani Enters Pune, Launches Luxury Project In Koregaon Park

Adani Realty, the real estate subsidiary of business conglomerate Adani Group, has announced the launch of its first residential project in the Pune market. The company has plans to build the luxury project, Atelier Greens, at Koregaon Park. The project will have over 250 units in 2BHK, 3BHK and 5BHK configurations. These Vastu-compliant apartments equipped with world-class facilities and amenities will be available to buyers for a starting price of Rs 1.5 crore.

The project will have facilities, including a rainwater harvesting system, a vertical garden, multi-tier security, a banquet hall, indoor games facilities, an open amphitheatre, et cetera. The project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) .
