Affordable luxury homes by ATS Group in Gurgaon

ATS group, a Noida-based developer, is coming up with its first residential project in Gurgaon. Christened as ATS Kocoon, this 12.5 acre project is based on the theme of affordable luxury. The project is a designed group housing comprising about 450 apartments in Sector 109, Gurgaon, along the northern periphery road that is proposed to connect Delhi International Airport through Dwarka to National Highway 8. This joint development project with the landowner, Chintels Group, will see an overall investment of Rs 200 crore. The development will comprise six towers with 23 floors each offering three, three-plus-servant and four bedroom apartments in three basic unit sizes of 1,750 sq ft, 2,125 sq ft and 3,050 sq ft. The base price of the project is kept as Rs 4,800 per sq ft for construction-linked payment plan and Rs 4,300 for downpayment plan. On the concept of affordable luxury, Soumik Bandyopadhyay, CEO ATS Group said, “The project has been designed to provide affordable luxury to the residents. At ATS, we have always believed in offering not just comfortable homes but complete lifestyle to our customers.” The project will be developed in single phase and completed within 30 months from the date of launch. “We are waiting for environmental clearance for starting the construction of the project. The construction will probably start by the end of February and we hope to complete it by September 2014. We expect sales realisation of Rs 5,500 per sq ft from the project. In-house construction team of ATS will follow strict quality standards in project delivery,” Bandyopadhyay added. Some of the features of the project will be well-designed club houses, swimming pools, extensive green areas, gymnasium, squash courts, billiards room, yoga facilities and jogging tracks. Renowned architect, Hafeez Contractor, will be the master architect for the Gurgaon project. Highlighting the locational advantage the project has, he said, “Sector 109 is, perhaps, the most happening sector with the likes of Raheja, Puri and Shobha developers. The proximity to Delhi is the USP of the project and with the development of Dwarka-Manesar highway, the international airport will be a just 10 minute drive.” The company is planning to launch its second project in Sector 104, Gurgaon. About the future plans of the company, Bandyopadhyay said, “We have three land parcels in Gurgaon. We have applied for the approvals for the second project and hope to launch it within six months.” ATS Group claims to be developing over 12 million sq ft of group housing projects in Noida, Indirapuram and a large township of approx 300 acres in Derabassi, near Chandigarh, at present.
