All You Need To Know About Aish-Abhishek's Rs 21-Cr BKC Apartment

Recently, star-couple Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan bought an uber-luxury apartment worth Rs 21-crore in a high-end residential complex at the BKC. The Bachchans, who currently reside in a bungalow named Jalsa at Juhu, are also proud owners two more luxury houses. First is a plush villa at Sanctuary Falls in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai and the second is a luxury residence at the 37th floor of Skylark Towers on Annie Besant Road in Worli.

The apartment
Spread over an area of 5,500 sqft, the apartment was purchased for a price of Rs 38,000 per sq ft. The house is equipped with all the world-class features. This is accompanied by several lifestyle amenities for a larger-than-life experience. The couple is looking forward to getting the interiors done.
The couple will be neighbours to Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who in 2015 bought a 7,000-sqft duplex apartment worth over Rs 35 crore in another project by Sunteck Realty named Signature Island. Another 11,000-sqft apartment under the same project was bought by well-known banker Uday Kotak around the same time.
