Amit Enterprises launches premium housing at Baner, Pune
Amit Enterprises Housing, the Pune-based real estate developer, has launched Sereno, its premium residential project at Baner, Pune. The company is investing over Rs 250 crore to construct a total of 468 residential units to be completed in the next two-and-half-years. The two- and three-BHK homes with a 1,160 sq ft and 1,630 sq ft area, respectively, carry a price tag of Rs 6,000 per sq ft. The buyers will require to pay 20 per cent of the cost of the apartments at the time of bookings, reports Financial Chronicle.
“The two- and three-BHK flats are priced Rs 83 lakh and Rs 1.14 crore upward, respectively, inclusive of all charges such as
stamp duty,
registration fees, service tax, and VAT,” Kishor Pate, CMD at Amit Enterprises Housing, said.
In the first phase, a total of four towers will be built: three towers of two-BHK, and one tower of three-BHK units. Booking for the first phase, to cover over 230 apartments, started from June 16, and the first 50 customers will get an opportunity to meet cricket legend, Sachin Tend¬ulkar, the company's brand ambassador.
“This is a first-of-its-kind residential project in this fast-developing Baner suburb of the city, which is high on lifestyle quotient, and will surely add a new dimension to the skyline of Baner,” Pate said. He said the company will raise Rs 250 crore through sales and internal accruals to complete the premium residential project spread over 7.5
acre campus.
“Designed by well-known Sing¬aporean architect Ong Ong, Sereno will cater to the lifestyle requirements of an urban Indian professional and offers a leisurely life within the boundaries of the residential complex,” Pate said.
The project boasts of being the best in class quality, intelligent floor plans and top-line specifications. Pa¬te claimed that the architect has also applied a special thought on the overall layout of the project. The central flowerbed and beautiful lan¬dscaping will enhance the natural beauty surrounding Sereno project, he said.
The 28-year-old company has completed 70 projects with a construction of 3 million sq ft, and boasts of a 4,000 customer base, the report added.
