Asians Rule World's Top 10 Real Estate Moguls List [Infographic]
American political commentator and entrepreneur Armstrong Williams once said, “One thing I tell everyone is to learn about real estate... real estate provides the highest returns, the greatest values and the least risk.”
Williams was not exaggerating. Property values across the world substantially go up each passing year. In fact, real estate investments have given birth to new billionaires and have made the rich richer. According to the Forbes' 2015 listing of billionaires across the globe, as many as 15 new billionaires who joined made it to the list had their major money flow from the real estate sector.
