There are many ways to generate a romantic bedroom ambience. The word 'Romance' carries different meanings to different couples. When it comes to romantic bedroom designs, you can spice up your private place by shifting the focus to a few bedroom decor elements, without depending only on the clichéd candles and slow music.

For an elegant and romantic look: Using deep jewel and rich shades like red, maroon, pink, gold creates a romantic feeling combined with a soothing effect. Pairing it white, cream and grey colors is also good. You can give your room a theme by painting one wall with a deep color, say red and adding design elements to it. The same color can be repeated in the drapes and bedclothes.
