According to a report by Proptiger Datalabs, affordable segment contributed over 60 per cent of the launches and sales during the month of March 2017. Nearly 35 per cent of the total sales in Noida were in localities of Sector 1 Noida Extension, Sector 22D Yamuna Expressway and Sector 150.
