Choose From Over 1,500 Under-Construction Homes In Pune

Over 1,500 projects in Pune are under various stages of construction or are launching soon. The average capital values have seen an upward trend and later, stablised. So, what stood at Rs 4,700 per sq ft in April 2013 saw prices at its peak in January 2015 at about Rs 4,900 per sq ft and later declined to settle for Rs 4,700 per sq ft back again. Investors in the meanwhile were happy that despite the real estate slump, prices did not register a sharp decline.

Pune by far has been one of the most promising real estate destinations closely followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru. Sales in these cities have been considerable and with over 375 new projects launching soon, the developer fraternity still remains hopeful. Moreover, potential homebuyers are looking property here, too.

Plotted developments

Baramati, Bhor, Handewadi, Hinjewadi, Kamshet, Kedagaon, Ketkawale, Mugawade, Mulshi, Nasrapur, Pargaon, Pirangut, Shirwal, Shikhrapur, Shivapur, Varasgaon, Velhe, Wagholi among others are some of the localities that offer affordable plots. If you are looking for large plot, the price of these can go upto as much as Rs 60 lakh. Check out all plots for sale. On an average, you need to reserve a budget of Rs 32 lakh for a plotted development in Pune on which you would want to build.

Properties priced below Rs 50 lakh

The under-construction homes in this price band are priced starting Rs 7 lakh and are 1BHK units of an average size of 540 sq ft. Popular localities include Ambegaon Budruk, Chakan, Katraj, Kedagaon, KetkawaleTalegaon Dabhade, Loni Kalbhor, Shikrapur, Sinhagad Fort, etc. Areas such as Ambegaon, Dhanori, Dhayari, and Manjari are now coming up with branded developments with amenities matching those that are opted for in city sides. These are mostly 1 or 2BHK units.

Properties priced above Rs 50 lakh

Prices in the Pune market can go up to Rs 6 crore. Some of the leading developers in the city are coming up with 3-6BHK units in areas like Aundh, Bavdhan, Hadapsar , Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Kothrud, Lavasa, Maval, Sangamvadi, and Shukrawar Peth. View the full list here. ​
