Over 1,500 projects in Pune are under various stages of construction or are launching soon. The average capital values have seen an upward trend and later, stablised. So, what stood at Rs 4,700 per sq ft in April 2013 saw prices at its peak in January 2015 at about Rs 4,900 per sq ft and later declined to settle for Rs 4,700 per sq ft back again. Properties priced below Rs 50 lakh
The under-construction homes in this price band are priced starting Rs 7 lakh and are 1BHK units of an average size of 540 sq ft. Popular localities include Ambegaon Budruk, Chakan, Katraj, Kedagaon, KetkawaleTalegaon Dabhade, Loni Kalbhor, Shikrapur, Sinhagad Fort, etc. Areas such as Ambegaon, Dhanori, Dhayari, and Manjari are now coming up with branded developments with amenities matching those that are opted for in city sides. These are mostly 1 or 2BHK units.
Properties priced above Rs 50 lakh
