Earth Infra to invest Rs750 Cr in Haryana

Earth Infrastructures Ltd has announced its entry in Gurgaon, Haryana with an investment of Rs. 750 Crores in the residential and commercial projects. Gurgaon now has undoubtedly and increasingly the most affluent and educated segment of people moving into the city. This is the company's first project in the state. This upcoming project in Gurgaon is a symbol of lifestyle statement which is creating a paradise for modern living. It is designed by the Spanish architect firm, Cervera & Pioz. The architects Maria Rosa Cervera and Javier G. Pioz have won the international Golden Global Award, granted by a panel of twenty-five renowned architects and academics from India and Southeast Asia. They are the first Spaniards to win this award for their research in Bionics and its application in international architecture. Vikas Gupta, Director, Earth Infrastructures Ltd said, "The success of Earth Towne and Earth Sapphire Court in Greater Noida has motivated us to bring another project in Delhi NCR, so we thought to launch our project in New Gurgaon, which is one of the new face of modern lifestyle era. Gurgaon has emerged as one of the most modern cities of India, with state-of the-art commercial buildings, posh residential condominiums and large malls. It has emerged as the first choice for a large number of multinational companies opening their offices in the country. People have ample of money to invest, but they need a good opportunity in property and our projects will be the good option for them." The Residential project spreading across 11 acres is coming up in the Dwarka Expressway, which has become the USP (unique selling point) for number of builders. Real estate developers are pinning their hopes on the 'big link' that will be established between Delhi and Gurgaon through the Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway to launch new projects here. This expressway, part of Gurgaon-Manesar Urban Complex Plan in the 2021 Master Plan, will connect Dwarka to the NH 8 and will have 30 meters of green belt on both sides. While Commercial project extending across 3.5 acres is being planned in the Golf Course Extension area in Gurgaon. Up until now the Golf Course road was considered the prime address in Gurgaon, primarily because it was one of these widest roads within Gurgaon, central to city and mostly because of the golf course being located here.
