Founded as Ghaziuddinnagar back in the year 1740 by Ghazi-ud-din, a Mughal Ruler who established the city on his own name, Ghaziabad is a rapidly developing city in North India which is located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The city is located on the western edge of Uttar Pradesh and shares a boundary with Noida and New Delhi, thus making it an important part of the National Capital Region.

Ghaziabad is the institutional hub of Uttar Pradesh and there are several schools, colleges and universities that exist in the city. The educational institutions range from private ones to those run by the government, and the cost of education is relatively lesser than other areas of the National Capital Region like Gurgaon and Greater Noida.

There are several malls located within Indirapuram which borders Delhi and Noida, and is one of the best-developed locales of Ghaziabad. Vaishali and Kaushambi, which are also located along the Delhi border have several shopping centres and entertainment avenues. Some of the popular malls in Ghaziabad include Shipra Mall at Indirapuram, Metro Mall at Vaishali, Galaxy Mall at Sahibabad, Pacific Mall at Sahibabad and EDM Mall at Kaushambi.

Ghaziabad has also emerged as a crucial real estate investment destination in Delhi NCR, as it offers excellent investment opportunities, especially for those looking to make budget investments in residential as well as commercial sectors. Having easy access to important areas like New Delhi, Noida and other important industrial towns of Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad comes across as an excellent area for real estate investment.
