Godrej Aria, Gurgaon- A Lucrative Investment Opportunity?

Godrej Group, a premier real estate developer in India has launched their new residential project- Godrej Aria, in Sector 79, Gurgaon. This project attempts to usher in a new age of luxury apartments in Gurgaon.

It is useful to compare the density of Godrej Aria with Mapsko Mount Ville and Supertech Araville, two other prominent projects located in the neighbourhood. But Godrej Aria offers an extremely lucrative inaugural discount of 401 per sq.ft., available only for the first 30 units of 3BHK apartments in Towers A and B. The effective Basic Sale Price after discount is 6,849 per sq.ft. One can easily book this by paying only 20% of Basic Sale Price and make no further payment until possession.

    Other similar projects are available at a price range of 6,714 per sq.ft. for Mapsko Mount Ville and 6,301 per sq.ft. for Supertech Araville.

    Godrej Aria, Gurgaon seems to be a good investment option as the area is expected to grow in the next 3 to 4 years on account of its connectivity to the NCR through NH 8.
