Godrej foray into real estate in City

Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group on Tuesday announced the launch of its residential project Godrej Alpine at 4.5-acre plot on Airport Road at Yeyyadi. Pirojsha Godrej, executive director, Godrej Properties, said Godrej has planned environmentally friendly features in the project and it offers 80 per cent open space for residents to unwind. He told TOI that the USP of the project would be Godrej guarantee of reliability, high quality construction, meeting timelines,, quality and design. The Rs 200 crore project will see completion in three years. The project is developed through a joint venture with BM Farookh of Fiza Group. Pirojsha said the company's business model allowed rapid developed as capital was not locked up in buying land.
