Here Is Why Gurgaon's Sector 83 Is A Rising Real Estate Star

In January 2016, property prices in Sector 83, Gurgaon was Rs 6, 827 per square foot. This rose to Rs 6, 957 per square foot in September 2016. This is because the demand for apartments in Gurgaon's Sector 83 has been rising. The main reason behind the rising demand is that IT and ITES companies have been setting up offices in the neighbourhood.

A well-developed road network

Residents choose to live in areas where they do not have to travel for hours on congested roads to reach their offices.  There is a well-developed road network in Sector 83, Gurgaon. The locality enjoys great connectivity because of the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. Bus services provided by private companies and Haryana Roadways ensure smooth connectivity to various cities in Haryana, and to its neighbouring states. Basai Dhankot Railway Station and the Garhi Harsaru Junction are situated at a distance of around 15 kilometres and 9.5 kilometres respectively. Huda City Centre is at a distance of around 20 kilometres from Sector 83, Gurgaon. Also, the Indira Gandhi International Airport is at a distance of around 32.5 kilometres. Good connectivity is one of the reasons why the demand for apartments in Gurgaon's Sector 83 has been rising.

Emerging Commercial Hub

The sound infrastructure and connectivity in Sector 83, Gurgaon makes it a perfect locality for commercial real estate. So, more and more companies are coming up in this area. Many multinational companies (MNCs) like HCL Technologies Ltd. and Adapt Software Pvt. Ltd. have set up offices in Gurgaon's Sector 83. This has led to a rise in demand for plots in Gurgaon's Sector 83.

Emerging Real Estate Hotspot

Gurgaon's Sector 83 is an emerging real estate hotspot, because of good connectivity, excellent social infrastructure and proliferation of MNCs. Some of the key developers in Gurgaon's Sector 83 are Vatika, Emaar MGF and V Square. The average price of apartments in Gurgaon's Sector 83 is Rs 7,153 per sq. ft. Currently, there are around nine projects in this area. Many new projects will soon come up in Gurgaon's Sector 83.
