Bengaluru

You have over 550 options if you are looking for villa projects in the Garden City. These projects are spread across localities such as Anjanapura, Bellandur, Chandapura, Dasarahalli, Devanahalli, Electronic City Phase 1 and 2, Hosur, Hoskote, KR Puram, Nelamangala, Marsur, Sarjapur, Sahakar Nagar, Subramanyapura, Whitefield Hope Farm, Varthur and Yelahanka.

Hyderabad

The city boasts over 420 villa developments and the capital values are impressive. In areas like Shadnagar a 1BHK villa will cost you Rs 10 lakh. In terms of affordability, areas such as Balapur, Nadergul, Patancheru, Dammaiguda, Sainikpuri, Shankarpalli, Pocharam, Shamirpet offer homes that are pocket friendly. However, if you do believe in living life king size, turn to areas such as Nanakramguda, Gandipet, Serilingampally, Hitech City, Narsingi, Kondapur, Manikonda, where a 11,000 sq ft of villa can cost as much as Rs 12 crore.  

Pune

If you are looking for plots in Pune, turn to Shirwal, Hadapsar, Chikhali, Undri, Talegaon Dabhade, Lohegaon, Hinjewadi, Wagholi, Jambhul, Dhanori, Pimple Saudagar, Bavdhan, Mohammadwadi, Hadapsar, Balewadi, Mulsihi, Pimple Nilakh, Baner, etc. Prices may be in the range of Rs 55 lakh to Rs 16 crore. There are over 370 villa developments in the city.

Mumbai

In Mumbai, you would need to forgo the central locations because land availability is limited. Areas such as Neral, Boisar, Palghar, Saphale, Murbad, Shahapur, Vangani, Warai are some of the affordable areas. However, if you are keen on turning your attention to the established parts of Mumbai, be prepared to spend anywhere up to Rs 70 crore for areas such as Prabhadevi, Ulwe, the Bandra-Kurla Complex or Lower Parel. In the affordable areas, small villas could cost Rs 15 lakh. There are over 150 villa projects abound across n Mumbai.

Chennai

There are close to 600 villas in Chennai. While 1BHK units come at a starting price of Rs 8 lakh, values can go up to Rs 8 crore. Affordable areas include Mahabalipuram, Tiruvallur, Oragadam, Mevalurkuppam, Avadi, Kanchipuram, Tambaram, etc. The high-end properties are concentrated in areas such as Kilpakkam, Sholinganallur, Palavakkam, Kanathur, Navallur and Neelankarai besides others.
