Gem by Brigade Group is a residential project in East Bangalore. The project is developed by Brigade Group which is a renowned real estate brand in Bengaluru. Every project of the company includes a distinctive set of features like property development, hospital and services. The company has its headquarters in Bengaluru and has been able to build prominence across south India. Since its inception, it has successfully developed several apartments, villas and commercial projects.

The project is built on an RCC frame structure. An isolated and solid concrete block is used as the foundation of the building. The lounge and loft area has marble and granite flooring. The staircases and corridors have vitrified tile flooring. The terrace has clay tile flooring which is waterproof. The apartment floor for living, dining room and bedrooms has vitrified tiles. The toilets have ceramic anti-skid tile flooring. The project has a modular kitchen installed and false ceilings are used in the master bedroom toilet. There are electrical points provided in the kitchen to run chimney and water purifiers. The bathrooms have wall mounted sanitary wares. Bathroom accessories are provided in all bathrooms.  If any flat owner wishes to install a glass partition for the shower area, they may easily do it at extra costs. The main door is laminated on both sides. The balcony door is powder coated with aluminium. The balcony railings are from MS railings. The exterior walls have textured paint and emulsion paints and internal walls coated with OBD.  For sewage lines UPVC pipes are used. There is also a provision to install AC in bedrooms, living and dining areas.

Some of the facilities provided by the project are a solar water heater, a swimming pool, a toddler's pool, a multipurpose hall, a yoga area, an indoor games room, a sewage treatment plant, a rainwater harvesting tank and 24x7 power, water and security backup. The project also includes a gymnasium, a landscaped garden, children play area, lifts for each tower, car parking facilities for all residents, street lights and lastly an intercom.

The project ‘Gem’ is located in Sarjapur Road in East Bangalore – a growing housing hub in the city. Many IT offices have their headquarters in this locality, due to which many people are looking for houses near the locality. The area is the fastest growing area for developers in the city.

The Sarjapur Road is connected to many areas of the city like Hosa Road, Harlur Road, Koramangala, Whitefield and many other localities. The excellent roadways make it easy for people to commute across the city. Another area which is famous to cater many offices and commercial spaces is central Bangalore.
