PBEL City by Incor Infrastructure is a residential development in Peeranchuruvu, West Hyderabad. The structure of the building is built on concrete shear walls with flat slabs, design for earthquake resistance up to Seismic Zone III. The internal structure of the walls is plastered and painted with Acrylic Emulsion whereas the external walls and the ceilings are coated with weatherproof paint of a premium brand. The kitchen has a granite countertop with a SS sink, together with glazed tiles up to 60 mm. It also provides for a piped gas connection. For each apartment, a separate MCB is provided.  The electrical point to run the washing machine is in the dry terrace. The main door is of teak wood and the doorknobs are of brass. The windows are of UPVC framework and have a slight glaze. Television set, as well as the broadband connection, can be connected to the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are also provisions in case there is no electricity. Vitrified tile flooring across the entire unit except for the bathrooms - antiskid tiles. The bathrooms are fitted with premium quality C.P. fittings and sanitary wares. The lift and the lobby area is designed in  Italian Marble flooring. To ensure safety in the balconies, MS powder coated railings are installed. Another very important feature is the addition of a fire tank at the basement and terrace. The generator ensures 100% power back up.
