Mahagun India launches luxury project Mezzaria in Noida

Real estate firm Mahagun India (P) Ltd has launched a luxury project christened Mezzaria at Sector 78, Noida. The project will offer 3 BHK (2,350 and 2,850 square feet) , 4 BHK (3,200 and 4,150 square feet) and 5 BHK (4,570 square feet) apartments built around 25 feet above the ground level to bring in openness and natural light to its residents. Designed by Hafeez Contractor, the project will be a certified green building conforming to the 'Gold' standard, the company said in a statement. “The abodes here along with the surrounding manicured greenery will add zing to the lives of people. We have made it a point that people should enjoy clutter less surrounding that is why we have very low density in this project. There would be only two homes per floor in most of the blocks,” says Dhiraj Jain, director, Mahagun India. “The units will have optimum utilisation of natural light with insulated roofs in each block for energy conservation. We will have solar powered lighting in landscaped and open areas among the many other facilities that will add luxury to the lifestyle in eco-friendly manner. The project will have wheel chair ramps to cater to the needs of aged and differently-abled people,” Jain added further.
