The S&P BSE Realty Index which opened on October 1, 2015 at 1,407.61 closed at 1,371.63 on October 30, 2015. The S&P Realty Index hit a peak of 1,463.07 on October 19 and reached a low of 1,366.43 on October 1. Sobha's stock experienced the widest fluctuation, rising from 275.30 to 324.20 in a month. Unitech's stock too fluctuated by nearly 25 per cent, from 6.09 to 7.60.
