Monthly Update: S&P BSE Realty Index

The S&P BSE Realty Index, which opened on December 1, 2015, at 1,347.58, closed at 1,344.33 on December 31, 2015. The S&P Realty Index hit a peak of 1,353.98 on December 3, 2015 and reached a low of 1,264.09 on December 14, 2015. Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited's (HDIL) stock experienced the widest fluctuation, rising from 71 to 77.70, growing at a rate of 9.43 per cent in a month. National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd's (NBCC) stock experienced the lowest fluctuation, falling from 996.80 to 989.60, declining at a rate of 0.72 per cent in a month.
