Mumbai Projects That Are All Sold Out
Nothing can be more encouraging for a developer than his under-construction projects being all sold out. This shows and says a lot about a developer and his construction work.

The Gama Galaxy
Gama Galaxy a project that has 704 housing units was recently launched by Gama Group at Dombivali in Mumbai and is expected to be ready for possession by May 2018. The project offers amenities such as a gymnasium, a jogging park and landscape gardens, a power back-up facility, etc. The project offers 1 and 2BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 630 sq ft to 962 sq ft.
Vishwajeet Paradise
The GBK Group has launched Vishwajeet Paradise residential apartments in Ambernath East area of Mumbai. The residential project, which is expected to be ready for possession by December 2017, has 287 apartments of 1 and 2 BHK configurations. Amenities at the project include 24x7 security services, a gymnasium, a swimming pool and a playing area for children.
Vedant Emperia
Tharwani Group had launched Vedant Emperia on in April last year and will be ready for possession by May 18. However, all the 96 units are already sold out. Located at Kalyan East, the project would provide 1 and 2 BHK apartments.
Matoshree
Space India Builders and Developers laid the foundation of Matoshree residential project at Karanjade in June 2015 and all of the 26 units are already booked. The 1BHK apartments in the project are built in areas ranging from 395 sq ft to 660 sq ft.
Ashirwad
Launched by Raunak Group at Matunga, Ashirwad Apartments has 13 units of 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The locality and the developer's reputation have been the prime reason why all the 13 units are already sold out.
Green House
Ravira Group's Green House residential apartment at Neral has nine units, all sold out now. These 2 and 3BHK units are priced in the range of Rs 12.5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.
K14
Located at Khar, K14 is the new launch by Kanakia Spaces. The project is offering 3 BHK and 4BHK apartments on resale, with sizes ranging from 945 sq ft to 1,205 sq ft.
