Navin Housing launches Eden Park in Chennai

Chennai-based Navin Hous¬ing & Properties, a leading property developer for over two decades, has announced the launch of its 100th project, located at the Eden Park on the upcoming Porur-Kundrathur Main Road, a western suburb in Chennai. The company announced an initial launch price of Rs 4,990 per sq ft. The construction has just started and the project will be handed over in about 18 – 20 months. The project, coming up over one acre land, will offer 80 re¬sidential apartments comprising two BHK and three BHK units through a ground plus eight floors multi-storeyed building. While there are 32 two BHK apar¬tments coming in a size range of 1,052 sq ft-1,107 sq ft, there are 48 three BHK units in the sizes ranging from 1,364 sq ft-1,479 sq ft. “Every single project from Navin's is our signature project, be it the first or the 100th, since we focus on the quality and strive to offer a better lifestyle to the residents. We are giving a new look to the building with lot of green features,” says R Kumar, CMD of Navin Housing & Properties. The project offers common am¬enities, including clubhouse, which will house a gym, a meditation cum yoga cum multi-purpose hall, games room, besides a swimming pool, children play room, a dep¬artmental store and a grand entry lounge. In addition to this, a stand by generator and security intercom will also be provided. While each apartment will get one car park, buyers of certain bigger apartments can opt for more than one. The company has provided space for visitors' car park as well.
