Neptune unveils affordable housing project in Ambivali, Mumbai
Neptune Group, a company with diverse portfolios in real estate de¬velopments, has launched Swar¬ajya in Ambivali near Kalyan, a suburb in Mumbai, catering to the affordable segment.
Speaking at the project launch, Nayan Bheda, chairman of Neptune Group said, “The apartments for Sector IV launched with an introductory price of Rs 18 lakh onward would cater to the middle class. We have created Swarajya to give residents a sense of attachment and personal environment as they get some good space to live in.”
Sector IV is a follow up of Sector I and II of the project that had been launched in March 2009. “The project has received good res¬ponse from customers till now with most of the apartments in the previous two sectors already being sold out,” said Bheda.
Swarajya is spread over 150 acres and has 10,000 apartments to accommodate close to 50,000 people. The integrated township is likely to have a school, retail outlets at convenient locations and dedicated market space. It is a 10-minute walk from the Ambivali railway station, the company said in a statement.
In Sector IV, one BHK and two BHK will be available with a
carpet area of 360 sq ft and 505 sq ft. “Following the success of Sector I and II, on popular demand, the area of the flats in Sector IV has been increased. There will be more sectors coming up and the entire project will be completed in five years,” said Bheda.
