New Project Launches in Pune
If you are an investor in Pune and looking to invest in new launches, there are several of them available in the city right away. Most of these projects have been launched in the early months of 2014 and are planned for possession only after late 2015. Here's a quick list of some major new launches in Pune:
Spectrum towers by Bhujbal Brothers Construction Co. Launched in February 2014, the project offers 86 housing units in Kharadi. The units are configured as 2 and 3BHK with sizes ranging between 1,160 -1,374 sq. ft. While 2BHK units are available within Rs. 60.3 lakh – Rs. 60.9 lakh, the cost of 3BHK units goes up to Rs. 71.4 lakh.
Prana by Godrej Properties Spread over 31 acres of land in Undri, this project was launched in March 2014 with 165 residential units of sizes ranging between 634 and 904 sq. ft. The properties are configured as 1 and 2BHK available in the price bracket of Rs. 26.6 lakh – Rs. 38 lakh. A few 3BHK units are also available here.
Navyangan by Calyx Group The mega township project in Pirangut was launched in February 2014 with 230 residential units. It offers 1, 2 or 3BHK homes of sizes ranging from 572 to 1285 sq. ft. While the smallest size, 571 sq. ft., 1 BHK home is available for Rs 17.7 lakh, 2BHK units of 920 sq. ft. and 1003 sq. ft. are available within Rs. 28.5 lakh – Rs. 38.1 lakh. The 3BHK units of 1285 sq. ft. are available for Rs. 39.8 lakh.
Nyati Evita by Nyati Group Situated in Lohegaon, the project was launched in January 2014 with 388 housing units in 1, 2 and 3BHK configurations. The 1BHK units of 599 and 644 sq. ft. are available for Rs. 27.6 and Rs. 29.6 lakh, respectively. The 2BHK units are available in various sizes ranging between 751 and 1413 sq. ft. and are available within Rs. 34.5 lakh – Rs. 65 lakh. 3BHK homes of 1575 sq. ft. and 1608 sq. ft. are available for Rs. 72.5 lakh and Rs. 74 lakh, respectively.
Urban Homes by Venkatesh Developers Also located at Lohegaon, this project has about 175 housing units configured as 1 and 2BHK homes of sizes ranging from 534 sq. ft. to 898 sq. ft. The prices of properties in this project range from Rs. 24.4 lakh - Rs. 41.4 lakh.
In addition to these, there are several other projects by developers such as Sanraj Realty, Kamalraj Properties, Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt.
