March 15 2016   |   Prakher Mathur

The New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) has introduced a new Android application for the residents of the NDMC region. The application, NDMC 311, was launched by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on March 12, 2016, at Central Park in the city's Connaught Place area.

Designed to deliver a host of civic services to residents through use of their smartphones, NDMC 311 also offers payment of property taxes, real estate bill, electricity bill and water bill, among other things, in the 'Quick Pay' feature. You can also track real-time traffic information and parking space available in the NDMC area, file civic complaints, track the status of these complaints, and post comments about ongoing civic work.

PropGuide brings you a step-by-step guide on how you can pay your property tax from the comfort of your home or office using the NDMC app on your Android device.
