Paramount delivers Paramount Symphony

Realty major Paramount Group has informed that its residential project 'Paramount Symphony' located at Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad, NCR, is now mostly operational with ready-to-move dwelling units. The group has commenced possession of 80 per cent of the project inventory to its buyers. The project comprises 1,100 apartments of 2, 2+1, 3 and 3+1 BHK apartments of the area ranging from 1,050 sqft to 1,895 sq ft. The project, which was launched about three years back, at the rate of Rs 1,800 per sq ft, currently holds the price tag of Rs 3,250 per sq ft to Rs 3500 per sq ft. Speaking exclusively to Realty Plus, while unveiling 'The Harmony', the club facilities for the residents of this project, Ashwani Prakash, executive director, Paramount Group, informed, “We have already delivered the major part of this project to buyers. Besides this, about 50-60 families have already moved into their flats. The occupants are living happily, enjoying all the promised facilities which are completely functional now.” The project, spread over 8.5 acres of land, has seven, G+22 residential towers namely, Solitaire, Yucca, Mapple, Panorama, Orchid, Nimbus and Yantra. Out of these, 6 towers are fully operational and only the last tower is currently under construction, informed Prakash.
