As per our site visit, project is located in Tathawade , Pune close to Hinjewadi and Wakad. If you are familiar with the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi then you can easily reach the project site as it is few minutes' walk from there.
Location Advantages
Located bang on Mumbai Pune Bypass, Tathawade is amongst the upcoming areas of Pune that enjoys a strategic location. The area attracts many IT professionals as it enjoys close proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park. In addition, Tathawade offers good connectivity to Mumbai via the six-lane Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Also, the project is just 6.7 kilometers away from the Chinchwad Railway Station.

Due to the closeness to Hinjewadi IT hub, the area is seeing development of several residential and commercial properties. Paranjape Azure is at the pre-launch stage and is offering 414 units of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in an area of 6.5 acres, which brings apartment density to 64 units per acre. Out of the total number of units, 254 units are for 2BHK and 160 units are for 3BHK. The SBUA of 2 BHK apartment is between 1,024 and 1,175 sq.ft. and SBUA of 3BHK ranges from 1,521 to 1,577 sq.ft.
The major drawback of the project is proximity to proposed garbage dump. The garbage dump will be built in the south-west tip of Punawale that borders Tathawade. Living near a garbage dump entails various issues, foul smell during the rainy season being the most obvious one.
On the other side, grapevine says that the garbage dump is proposed more than 2 kms away from Azure (towards Marunji) where unused mines are present. The garbage dump is still under proposal and no final plan is out yet. Another drawback of Paranjape Azure is that it's bang on the highway, due to which the place is very noisy. Thus it might make for a rather unpleasant environment to live in.
Hence, site visit would be a good idea before investing in this new venture by Paranjape Schemes Constructions Ltd.

Paranjape Schemes has priced its units at Rs. 5,654 per sq.ft. which would be available in 3-4 years, while other already completed projects in Tathawade are available at a price of Rs. 5,517 per sq.ft. and Rs. 6,000 per sq.ft. (Example- DNV Elite Homes and Goel Ganga Cypress) . This shows that the pre-launch price of Paranjape Azure is a bit high.
As per latest price updates, the pre-launch price of Azure is increased from Rs. 5,000 per sq.ft. to Rs. 5,654 per sq.ft.
