Pasari Group to set up commercial hub in Kolkata

Kolkata-headquartered Pasari Group will set up a non-IT commercial space on the eastern fringes of the city near Ruby Hospital off the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass. The commercial hub will be a green building, 'Gold Green rated LEED' certified environment positive, to be built on a 2.25 acres plot at a cost of Rs 200 crore. The hub will have nearly 40,000 square feet of built up space. Work has already begun on the project and it is expected to be completed by 2014. Land for the project was allotted to the group in 2009 by the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authoority (KMDA) . Bio-Wonder will recycle waste water and look to harness solar energy through the state-of-the-art amenities that are supposed to come up there.
