Prestige Group launches Prestige Bella Vista in Chennai

The Bangalore-based Prestige Group, today announced its foray into the Tamil Nadu's residential apartment space, by launching 'Prestige Bella Vista'. The largest gated community project in the city, spread over 25 acre, envisages construction of 2613 units that included single, double, triple and four-bed room apartments. The project would be implemented jointly by the Prestige Group and Rattha Group, which had offered the land under 60:40 JV basis. The gated community would come up at Porur and the construction work would commence during the second week of next month or the first week of March. Talking to reporters here, Prestige Group GMD Irfan Razack said the project contains 600 single bedroom apartments that was trargetted at first time home buyers and the company, as an inaguural offer, has priced them at Rs 4,200 per sq ft. The Rs 800-crore project was expected to be completed in three years' time and would have all modern amenities, including a 52,000 sqft Club House, besides two swimming pools, basketball and tennis courts.
