Satellite is a posh area in West Ahmedabad. Many new residential and commercial projects are being built in this emerging real estate destination. With reputed banks, restaurants and schools in and around the area, Satellite ranks highly on the livability index. In Satellite, Ajmera Builders have launched their new luxury residential project, Casa Vyoma. Let us look at the salient features of this project.

The thickness of these flush doors are over 30 mm. The hall and bedrooms have provisions for split ACs. The flats have a modular kitchen with a chimney and hob, aqua-guard point, piped gas supply, and sliding windows made of anodized aluminum. The bathrooms resemble the ones seen in five-star luxury hotels with designer tiles and granite basins.

3) Plumbing & electricals: To cater to gadget-obsessed families, Casa Vyoma has many electric points with branded modular switches and concealed copper wires. There are TV and cable points in every room.

4) Combined facilities: The project has 12 towers with 11-storey apartments. There are green spaces for the residents to go for a stroll or exercise. Apart from the lawns, there is a seven feet wide walkaway, a water stream and a car-free zone. All towers in Casa Vyoma have a reception and a waiting lounge apart from a library, children's  play area, club house, swimming pool, splash pool and a skating rink. There are also multi-purpose halls designed for holding small events.

The Locality Satellite is one of the best real estate destinations in Ahmedabad. Satellite is preferred by real estate investors because there is great demand for residential units from high and mid-level executives working at Prahalad Nagar business district. But, there are other reasons too:

Satellite area is connected to Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS)  and the city transportation bus system. It is connected to the city through roadways and the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar (SG) Highway. As many reputed developers have undertaken projects here, residential property prices in this areas are expected to rise. When these projects are up for possession, the capital value of this area is expected to rise exponentially.

Price & Comparison

The 2 BHK plus 2T apartments with an area of 1,251 sq ft are priced at Rs 70.1 lakh. A 3 BHK plus 3T apartments with a size of 1,584 sq ft are priced at Rs 88.7 lakh. The apartment units are priced at Rs 5,600 per sq ft.
