The average residential property price of Goregaon East is Rs 15,040, which makes this project affordable for home buyers looking for property here. Some of the other projects such as Kanakia Spaces Levels and Romell Group Diva are available for Rs 13,500 and Rs 14,000 per sq ft, respectively.

    Chandak Group was established in 1986 and has pioneered many good projects since the time of its inception.  At present, the organisation has a total of 10 projects under its kitty, of which four are under construction. Some of the significant projects by the developer are Shivalaya in Kolkata, 7th South Avenue in Girgaon and Edens Garden in Kandivali West.
