The area is also home to many call centers and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies. Line 1 of Mumbai metro covers the entire Andheri East. A plan to integrate Jogeshwari-Kanjumarg metro rail is on the table, this will become Mumbai's second metro corridor to connect eastern and western parts of the city. There are 50 under-construction and 120 completed projects in this locality.

The apartments of 1BHK and 3BHK configurations are priced at Rs 16,000 per sq ft while the 2BHK configurations are valued at Rs 16,300. The average residential real estate price in Andheri East is Rs 16,067. Some of the other projects in this locality include Lodha Eternis, Satellite Group Glory and Sayla Realty Group's Callista. Lodha Eternis offers apartments at a price of Rs 19,960 per sq ft. Satellite Group Glory and Sayla Realty Group's Callista have their apartments priced around Rs 18,500 and Rs 18,000, respectively. Thus, Vivante stands out for its pricing which is lower than other similar projects in the area.
