Kolkata is known to be emerging as a real estate hotspot with various localities showing a positive trend. One such area is Kasba, a suburb in Kolkata. Megh Mani is an under-construction project in Kasba. Expected to be ready for possession by December 2019, the project once completed will offer 108 apartments. The area is well-connected to different parts of the city by Surface port Corporation (WBSTC) , Calcutta State port Corporation (CSTC) and private bus operators.

    The 3BHK apartments in Megh Mani are priced within the range of Rs 1.16 crore to Rs 1.17 crore while the 4BHK apartments are priced at Rs 1.41 crore.

    The developer

    Mani Group is a known name in the real estate market. The group was founded in the year 1980 and has a portfolio of projects covering areas like Kolkata, Siliguri, Durgapur, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. The projects, 50 in total, cover an area of five million sq ft. The developer plans to add another 11.26 million sq ft in the near future.
