Real estate developer Piramal has launched its residential project Piramal Aranya in Byculla, a residential area in southern Mumbai.

The township project, Piramal Aranya, is spread over seven acres and offers 175 apartment units to buyers. Launched in March this year, the project is currently under construction and will be ready for possession by December 2021.
The project offers open green spaces with spectacular views of the Jijamata Udyan Zoo and the Eastern Waterfront. Apartment sizes in the project vary from 961 sq ft to 2, 651 sq ft, while the configurations available are 2, 3 and 4 BHK. The price for a 2BHK apartment fall between the range of Rs 4.15 crore to Rs 4.18 crore while the 3 BHK units are priced within the range of Rs 5.44 crore to Rs 8.28 crore. On the other hand, 4BHK units are priced within the range of Rs 10.80 crore to Rs 11.45 crore. Houses in the project could be bought directly from the developer.
