The 3-BHK units come in four formats – 1,560 sq ft priced at Rs 74.1 lakh, 1,572 sq ft at Rs 74.7 lakh, 1,723 sq ft at Rs 81.8 lakh and 1,734 sq ft at Rs 82.4 lakh.

Pride Group began its operations in 1995 under the leadership of S P Jain. The group is a renowned name in real estate markets of Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
