Ahmedabad, the largest city of Gujarat, has, in past few years, developed as the industrial hub of the state with growth in sectors including textile, pharmaceutical, and chemicals. Let us also compare Savvy Strata with other two similar projects that are Classic Build Homes and Applewood Estate Residency. The average base selling price (BSP) of Classic Build Homes in Sarkhej is Rs 3,000 per sq ft, whereas the average BSP of Applewood Estate Residency in Bopal is Rs 2,500 per sq ft. Therefore, Savvy Strata is one of the most affordable choices for home buyers as well as investors. Additionally, in past seven months, the project has witnessed a price appreciation of 7.4 per cent.

    Overall recommendation

    Makarba has witnessed an upsurge in the past decade and emerged as one of the most sought after residential locality in Ahmedabad. The residential properties here are affordable and will provide higher returns on investment. However, the home buyers will have to wait for possession until December 2017.
