    Gachibowli is one of the stations that will fall on the second phase of the proposed Metro line. This would enhance the connectivity of the area to other key localities of the city. Thus, making property here lucrative. Moreover, there is a 650-meter-long flyover, currently under construction, which will link the locality to the Toli Chowki Junction. The old Mumbai highway will be widdened from 60 feet to 120 feet reducing the traveling time.

    Sumadhura, a known real estate name, was founded in 2005. The company is based in Bengaluru and is headed by Madhusudhan G.  The portfolio of the company comprises both commercial and residential properties. It has successfully completed projects in Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The group, in its portfolio has around 12 residential projects of which five are under construction.

    The price

    The 2BHK apartments are available in the price range Rs 53.5 lakh to Rs 54.4 lakh while the 3BHK apartments are available between Rs 68.8 lakh and Rs 97.6 lakh.
