The project Tata La Vida is being developed by Tata Housing. This housing project is located in Sector 113 of Gurgaon.  Apartments in Tata La Vida are available in sizes ranging from 1,276 sq ft to 1,576 sq ft, and the project spans across 12 acres and has 688 apartments up for sale. The tentative date for possession of apartments here is April, 2020. Units here can be purchased only through the developer.     Tata La Vida offers 2-BHK and 3-BHK apartments. The 2-BHK units are offered in 1,276 sq ft, 1,330 sq ft and 1,573 sq ft sizes, while 3-BHK ones are being offered in the size of 1,579 sq ft; all of these units are priced at Rs 8,500 per sq ft.

    The developer

    Tata Housing began its operations in 1984. Its primary function involves development of commercial, residential and retail properties. Mumbai, Goa, Lonavala, Gurgaon Vadgaon, Chennai, Kolkata and Bengaluru are the localities where the company has its presence at present.
