    The price seems a bit higher compared to the average price in the locality. Does it make sense to buy it at a high price?

    We will say, yes. In the near future, Bahadurgarh will become one of the most preferred real estate destinations for buyers because of its better connectivity to Delhi and the arrival of Delhi Metro. At present, there are few quality options available in the area and Tata New Haven stands out.
