Given the fact that prices of property in Pune are going up by the day, Ravet is attracting large sum of investments from developers and local authorities to meet the demand of affordable homes. Therefore, Royal Cataleya in Ravet with bigger apartments at a lower than market rates is a lucrative deal for both investors and end users.
