The unit size of the 2 BHK apartments range from 923 to 1,008 sq ft. The unit size of the 3 BHK apartments ranges from 1,160 to 1,417 sq ft, and that of the 4 BHK apartments ranges from 1,717 to 1,738 sq ft.

Location Advantages
Rajarhat is in a strategic location in Kolkata. With the project located in the vicinity, it is close to posh localities of Kolkata such as Dum Dum (5 km) , Salt Lake City (11 km) , Ballygunge (10 km) . Rajarhat enjoys good road connectivity with the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass and Belagharia Expressway, which connects it to the southern and northern parts of the city. Netaji Subhash Chandra International Airport is also quite close to Rajarhat.
Presently, the work on the Metro Rail is also in progress which is expected to connect Rajarhat to the airport as well as to other localities in South Kolkata.
Infrastructure
As Rajarhat is a planned satellite city, both the social and civic infrastructure around the project site are in good shape. There are numerous reputed schools, shopping malls, clubs, amusement parks and hospitals in close proximity to Unimark Silverfield.
Price/Location Comparison
Unimark has priced its unit at Rs 3,950 per sq ft, while the average price of the area is around Rs 3,771 per sq ft. This makes the project a bit over-priced as the property would be available for possession only in the next 3-4 years. However, the price of the project is lower than the property prices in areas like Kaikhali (Rs 4,047 per sq ft) , Baiguhati (Rs 4,054 per sq ft) , and Dum Dum (4,405 per sq ft) .
This makes the project a good investment option, as Rajarhat is one of the few localities of Kolkata where property prices have not declined in the recent past (according to reports from PropTiger Data Labs, there has been an appreciation of 1.4% in the last 21 months) when compared to other parts of the city, because of its IT hub status.
