Hi! I am Akivito. Today I’ll be talking about property registration. Property registration is the registering of any documents related to transfer, sale, lease or any other form of disposal of immovable property. In India, under section 17 of the Indian Registrations Act, 1908, it is compulsory to register for your property. Once your property is registered, the person on whose favour the property has been registered to is the lawful owner and is totally responsible for anything that happens within the premises.
