PUNE PROPERTY EXHIBITION STARTS ON FEB 1

A three-day Pune properties exhibition by CREDAI Pune Metro will be inaugurated on Friday, Feb 1, 2013 at the SSPMS Grounds, Near RTO, Pune. The exhibition will display an array of property options from Pune, PCMC and surrounding areas. It will remain open to all from 10 am to 8 pm. The primary attraction of the exhibition would be the waiver of registration charges if flats are booked during these three days. The agreement of such booking must be registered on or before Feb 28 in order to avail this offer. All projects which will be displayed here are from CREDAI developers, who have got clear titles, government approvals and sanctions. More than 200 projects will be exhibited by 100 developers from Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad areas. This exhibition is being held for the thirteenth consecutive year. Major banks like HDFC, Axis, ICICI and other commercial ones will also be part of the expo to provide spontaneous and easy loans to the buyers.
