A leading real estate advisor in its recent report said that office leasing would revive Pune's residential market. According to the report, the city's residential real estate will ride on its current infrastructure and planned developments in the future. The demand will get a further boost as the real estate law will usher in increased transparency into the real estate sector.

In 2016, information technology (IT) giant Infosys signed a deal to lease more than 6, 20,000 sq ft of office space in Juniper Tower in International Tech Park Pune (ITPP) , Hinjewadi-Phase III.

E-commerce company Amazon India has plans to set up a facility centre in Inorbit Mall at Wadgaon Sheri.
